Dear Parents/Guardians, I hope you are all well.

We would like to inform you of an adjustment to our club fees that will be put forward at the AGM (8th June) for the upcoming season.

The annual fee will increase from £120 to £195 for U7 to U18.

We understand that any increase can be difficult, so we want to be fully transparent about the reason for this change. This updated fee now includes winter training, which in previous seasons was requested separately towards the end of the year. By incorporating this into one payment, we aim to simplify the process for all our coaches and allow families to better plan ahead.

This past season, many of you will have seen first-hand the excellent, modern winter training facilities used by the club at Bedford Greenacres School. It took a lot of hard work from volunteers associated with the club to secure and we realise how lucky we are to have access to these facilities.

To help make the fee more manageable, we are pleased to offer the option to spread the cost through Klarna, giving you added flexibility.

The fee covers all essential elements required to run the teams effectively, including:

• Pitches
• Referees (U12 and above)
• Equipment
• Home Kit
• Insurance
• Winter Training
• End of Season Trophies
• League Entry
• Beds FA Affiliation

• All courses required for coaches DBS, safeguarding & Coaching

As always, we remain committed to being an affordable and inclusive club, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to participate and enjoy football in a supportive environment.
